Job Description

As an Equinox Pilates Instructor, you will develop and refine programming, education, and business skills under a dedicated manager, helping to redefine fitness and lifestyle excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Develop safe, professional Pilates programs tailored to clients' goals.
2. Conduct assessments and set goals with clients.
3. Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions.
4. Build your client base with the Pilates Manager's support.
5. Manage administrative tasks related to client management.
6. Collaborate across departments for a comprehensive member experience.
7. Provide excellent customer service.
8. Maintain consistent client activity and progress.
9. Participate in ongoing training.
10. Keep studio and equipment clean.
11. Build your business with flexible hours (10-40 hours).

Qualifications

1. Completion of a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program or certification on all Pilates apparatus.
2. At least 400 hours of Pilates education through a certification program.
3. Valid Pilates certification(s) required.
4. Exceptional customer service skills.

Physical Requirements

• Standing, sitting, walking.
• Squatting, bending, reaching.
• Pushing, pulling, safe client spotting and correction.
