Job Description

As an Equinox Pilates Instructor, you will develop and refine your programming, education, and business skills under a dedicated manager, helping you maximize your passion and career potential while redefining fitness and lifestyle excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Develop safe, professional Pilates programs tailored to client goals.
2. Conduct initial assessments and goal setting.
3. Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions.
4. Build your client base with the Pilates Manager’s support.
5. Manage client records and administrative tasks.
6. Collaborate with club departments for a holistic member experience.
7. Provide excellent customer service.
8. Maintain consistent client engagement and progress.
9. Participate in ongoing training and maintain studio cleanliness.
10. Work flexibly for 10-40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

1. Completion of a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program or certification on all Pilates apparatus.
2. Minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education through a certification program.
3. Valid Pilates certification documentation.
4. Exceptional customer service skills.

Physical Requirements

• Standing, sitting, walking, squatting, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling.
• Ability to safely spot and correct clients during sessions.
