Job Description

As an Equinox Pilates Instructor, you'll develop and refine programming, education, and business skills to maximize your potential and help redefine fitness and living standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional Pilates programs tailored to client goals.
• Conduct complimentary assessments and goal setting.
• Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions.
• Build your client base through collaboration with the Pilates Manager.
• Manage administrative tasks related to client management.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance member experience.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client engagement.
• Participate in ongoing training and maintain studio cleanliness.
• Build your schedule flexibility from 10-40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Completion of a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program or certification on all Pilates apparatus.
• At least 400 hours of Pilates education via certification.
• Valid Pilates certification documentation.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Physical Requirements

• Standing, sitting, walking, squatting, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to spot and correct clients during sessions safely.

Pay Range

$45/hr - $62/hr per session, plus $16.50/hr for non-session work, with additional incentives.
