Job Description: As an Equinox Pilates Instructor, you will develop and refine your programming, education, and business skills under the guidance of a Pilates manager, helping redefine fitness and lifestyle excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Develop safe, professional Pilates programs tailored to clients’ goals.
2. Conduct initial assessments and goal setting.
3. Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions.
4. Build your client base through member engagement.
5. Manage administrative tasks related to client management.
6. Collaborate with club departments for a well-rounded member experience.
7. Provide excellent customer service.
8. Maintain consistent client activity and results.
9. Participate in ongoing training.
10. Keep studio and equipment clean.
11. Build your business with flexible hours (10-40 hours).

Qualifications:

• Completion from a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program, including certification on all Pilates apparatus.
• At least 400 hours of Pilates education.
• Valid Pilates certification(s).
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, sitting, walking.
• Squatting, bending, reaching.
• Pushing, pulling, spotting clients.

Pay Range: $45/hr - $62/hr per session, plus incentives and non-session work pay ($16.20/hr).
