Job Responsibilities

1. Develop safe, personalized Pilates programs to help clients achieve their goals.
2. Conduct initial assessments and goal setting.
3. Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions.
4. Build your client base through our member network.
5. Manage administrative tasks related to client management.
6. Collaborate with other departments to enhance member experience.
7. Provide excellent customer service.
8. Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness.
9. Participate in ongoing training and development.
10. Work flexible hours (10-40 hours per week).

Qualifications

1. Completion of a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program, including all apparatus.
2. At least 400 hours of Pilates education.
3. Valid Pilates certification(s).
4. Exceptional customer service skills.

Physical Requirements

• Standing, sitting, walking, squatting, bending, reaching.
• Pushing, pulling, and safely spotting clients.
