Job summary

Club Pilates in Charlotte, NC seeks highly motivated instructors to teach our contemporary reformer-based Pilates. You will lead private, semi-private, and group classes up to 12 clients, using equipment such as Reformer, EXO Chair, Springboard, TRX, Jump Board, and more.

Ideal candidates have a current full apparatus Pilates Certification with 450 hours, a dynamic teaching style, and strong client-service skills. We offer ongoing education and growth opportunities within our studios.

Qualifications

• Current full apparatus Pilates Certification with 450 hours of experience or equivalent.
• Ability to teach private, semi-private, and group classes up to 12 clients.
• Experience with studio equipment including Reformers, EXO Chair, Springboard, TRX, Jump Board, hand weights, resistance bands.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pilates group reformer classes following Club Pilates method.
• Teach private, semi-private, and group sessions up to 12 clients as needed.
• Maintain safety and inspect equipment before/during/after classes.
