East Bank Club is seeking a knowledgeable Pilates Instructor to join our expert team. You will lead private and semi-private sessions in our two Pilates studios and deliver engaging group classes for up to six students.

Compensation is commission-based: 50% of private/semi-private session hourly rates and tiered pay for group classes. This role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing learning, and exceptional client service in a vibrant Chicago setting.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor Training completed.
• Ability to lead private and group classes.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with collaborating and learning from others.

Responsibilities

• Teach private and semi-private Pilates classes using equipment.
• Motivate participants and ensure safe, effective, challenging sessions.
• Build and manage a set schedule of standing clients.
