What You’ll Do

• Lead Elite Fitness Classes – You will lead specialized fitness classes with passion and precision, ensuring each member is engaged, challenged, and motivated to push beyond their limits.
• Deliver Results-Driven Instruction – From form correction to personalized modifications, you’re dedicated to ensuring every participant achieves results through expert guidance and customized instruction.
• Create an Unparalleled Experience – You set the tone for each class with energy, enthusiasm, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Your dynamic presence keeps members excited and motivated to meet their fitness goals.
• Foster Relationships & Community – You will cultivate a strong sense of community within your classes, ensuring each member feels seen, valued, and supported. You build rapport, maintain professional relationships, and encourage loyalty.
• Seek Feedback and Continuously Improve – After each class, you connect with members to gather feedback and adjust your approach to continually improve their experience.

What You Bring

• Nationally Recognized Fitness Certification – A foundation in fitness expertise that allows you to confidently lead diverse fitness classes with technical proficiency.
• Additional Fitness Certifications – Additional certifications or workshops related to fitness and health are a plus, and they enhance your ability to deliver top-tier classes
• Experience – 1+ years of experience as a boutique fitness instructor is preferred, with a proven track record of motivating groups and driving results.
• Continuous Learning – A passion for staying up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and knowledge in the fitness and wellness industry.
