Job summary

Exos is seeking a Pilates Instructor to lead our fitness classes, creating engaging, safe and effective sessions for diverse groups. You will craft routines that motivate participants and promote consistency in practice.

You will report to studio leadership, bring energy, adapt workouts, and maintain a high standard of professionalism while helping members achieve their fitness goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year actively leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA).
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must be trained and licensed for those formats.
• Current CPR/AED certification; First Aid certification strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging group exercise classes with fresh, innovative routines.
• Maintain professionalism by arriving on time with a positive attitude and motivating participants.
• Collaborate with studio leadership and act as a flexible, supportive team member.
