Job summary

Green Bay Packers, Inc. and its subsidiaries is seeking a part-time Pilates Instructor to lead one-on-one and group sessions under the Performance and Wellness Manager.

This role is commission-based and may transition to full-time with benefits evaluated if eligible. The instructor will grow group apparatus classes, perform client assessments, and maintain a safe, neat Pilates studio while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology preferred.
• 1+ years’ Pilates training experience preferred.
• Must hold a Comprehensive Pilates instruction certification.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Experience implementing programs to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one Pilates sessions to meet company objectives.
• Deliver Group Apparatus classes and grow the program to fill all classes.
• Conduct client assessments using approved standards.
• Maintain at least 60 sessions per month, including group sessions.
• Support member engagement and ensure safety and quality of service.
