Crunch Fitness CR Fitness Holdings, LLC is seeking a certified Pilates Instructor for our Arcadia Club (Phoenix Market) to deliver high-quality classes for clients at all levels. You will motivate participants, ensure safe technique, and tailor sessions to individual needs in a busy, fitness-forward environment.

The ideal candidate holds Pilates instructor credentials, a strong knowledge of anatomy, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Pilates Instructor credentials (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI or Peak Pilates) required.
• Certified Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA or ACE) preferred.
• CPR certification is required.

Aufgaben

• Lead group Pilates classes using mat techniques.
• Assess client fitness levels and goals to tailor programs.
• Ensure proper form to prevent injuries and maximize benefits.
• Modify exercises for abilities, injuries, or conditions.
• Foster a welcoming, supportive environment for clients.
• Educate clients on body awareness, posture and core strength.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio and equipment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and continuing education.
