Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor (e.g., Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, or Peak Pilates).
• Certified Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA or ACE).
• CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead group Pilates classes using mat techniques.
• Assess clients and tailor programs to fitness levels and goals.
• Ensure proper form to prevent injuries and maximize benefits.
• Modify exercises for injuries or special conditions.
