Crunch Fitness, a growing fitness franchise, seeks a certified Pilates Instructor to join the Kissimmee West Club. You will lead group classes, assess client needs, and guide clients toward their fitness goals with a focus on Pilates principles.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor with evidence of certification from recognized programs.
• CPR certification is required or current.
• Willingness to teach multiple formats and adapt for all levels.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, movement and fitness principles.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead group Pilates classes using mat techniques.
• Assess client levels to tailor personal training programs.
• Ensure proper form to prevent injuries and maximize benefits.
