Job summary

CR Fitness is seeking a certified Pilates Instructor to join our Stone Mountain/Blueridge studio. You will provide high-quality instruction to clients of all fitness levels, motivate clients toward their goals, and lead group mat-based Pilates sessions with a focus on safety and progress.

The ideal candidate has a passion for movement, a solid understanding of Pilates principles, and the ability to guide clients while maintaining a welcoming studio environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor with recognized certification.
• Ability to motivate clients toward fitness goals.
• Experience teaching private or group classes preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and movement.

Responsibilities

• Lead group Pilates classes using mat techniques.
• Assess client fitness levels and develop personalized programs.
• Ensure proper form and technique to prevent injuries.
• Modify exercises based on client abilities or injuries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio space and equipment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuing education.
