Job summary

Crunch Fitness Stone Mountain is seeking a certified Pilates Instructor to lead group classes and provide high-quality instruction to clients of all fitness levels. The ideal candidate has a passion for movement, strong knowledge of Pilates principles, and excellent communication to motivate clients toward their goals.

In-house trainings and certifications are provided. We offer in-house trainings, CPR and group fitness certs, plus benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and a free Crunch

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor with formal credentials.
• Certified group fitness instructor credentials (AFAA or ACE).
• CPR certification is current and valid.

Responsibilities

• Lead group Pilates classes utilizing mat techniques.
• Assess client fitness levels and develop personalized training programs.
• Ensure proper form and technique to prevent injuries and maximize benefits.
• Modify exercises based on client abilities, injuries, or special conditions.
• Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for clients.
• Educate clients on body awareness, posture, and core strength.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio space and equipment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuing education.
