Qualifications

• Experience designing Pilates programs for clients

• Proven experience with private and group Pilates classes
• Strong customer service and member education
• Maintains client documentation and progress notes
• CPR/AED certification is required

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention
• Monitors and instructs clients during Pilates sessions
• Conducts fitness consultations including goal setting
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes
• Promotes Pilates training programs, group fitness, and personal training
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan
• Maintains Pilates studio cleanliness
• Stays current on certifications and industry trends
• Educates members on health and fitness issues
• Delivers superior customer service through complimentary and based services
• Documents all aspects of client programming
• Provides fitness floor assistance and safety education
