Job summary

Reformed Pilates in Plano, TX seeks an energetic instructor to lead dynamic Pilates reformer classes, 8+ hours weekly, and uphold the Reformed Pilates method.

You’ll complete a 3-day PTT course, maintain CPR/First Aid, and collaborate with staff to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Role Overview:

As an instructor at Reformed Pilates, you’ll inspire clients through high-energy, engaging classes that follow the Reformed Pilates flow and method. Your passion for fitness and client well-being will drive you to deliver exceptional experiences and build strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a minimum of 8 hours per week of dynamic Pilates classes.
• Attend and complete a high-impact, 3-day Pilates Teacher Training (PTT) course followed by 2 weeks of hands-on development.
• Deliver top-notch classes, staying true to the Reformed Pilates method.
• Keep your CPR and first aid certifications up to date (required).
• Communicate regularly with studio staff and clients, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client experiences.

• Availability: Flexibility to teach classes according to studio schedules.
• Other Requirements: CPR and first ad certification (or willingness to obtain).
