Pilates Instructor: Club Pilates East Greenwich & Johnston, RI

Club Pilates is actively seeking Certified Pilates Instructors to join our growing team. Established in San Diego in 2007, we have expanded nationwide, serving over eight million workouts annually to our dedicated members. We offer high-quality, modern Pilates training based on Joseph Pilates' original Reformer method, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and group practice.

Position:

The ideal candidate is passionate about Pilates and dedicated to helping others improve their health and fitness. You should be energetic, friendly, eager to learn, and capable of building relationships with clients. Responsibilities include leading apparatus-focused classes (using equipment such as Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, TRX, spring boards, ballet barre), selling classes, and providing a safe, motivating environment for all clients. Requirements:

• Current full apparatus Pilates Certification with 450 hours of experience or equivalent
• Experience teaching group classes
• Ability to demonstrate effective group reformer instruction
• Energetic, positive, and motivational teaching style
• Proficient in contemporary approaches to classical exercises
• Punctual, reliable, and dedicated
• Customer service focus with professional communication skills
• Experience with club management software (e.g., Club Ready) or ability to learn new systems

Responsibilities:

• Leading Pilates group reformer classes according to Club Pilates standards
• Instructing clients (up to 12 per class) using proper form and safe methods on various equipment
• Conducting private, semi-private, and demo sessions as needed
• Inspecting equipment prior to classes for safety and functionality
• Maintaining a clean, organized workout environment
• Assisting with membership sales and client check-ins
• Promoting retail, membership, and service sales to increase studio revenue
• Motivating clients and embodying our motto: "Do Pilates. Do Life."
