Club Pilates Parker is hiring certified Pilates instructors to lead group classes, private, and semi-private sessions at our Parker studio in Colorado. Instructors deliver safe, challenging workouts, report to the studio owner, and benefit from a supportive team and ongoing training.

The role emphasizes working with clients across experience levels, maintaining equipment safety, and contributing to a growing, friendly studio community. Weekend shifts and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, creative group classes for up to 12 clients on Pilates equipment.
• Demonstrate anatomical knowledge and provide modifications for injuries.
• Design safe, effective class plans aligned with Club Pilates standards.
• Teach intro, group, private, and semi-private sessions as scheduled.
• Prepare studio and check equipment for safety before each class; reset after.
• Attend trainings and events as scheduled; assist with other duties as assigned.

Instructors report directly to the studio owner, and as an owner-operated studio, we know our members and instructors by name. INSTRUCTOR HIGHLIGHTS:

We’re hiring certified Pilates instructors (450+ hour comprehensive teacher training) who are confident working with all levels of clients and can deliver challenging, fitness-based Pilates classes safely. Instructors teach group classes as well as intro, private, and semi-private sessions on Balanced Body equipment. We have open shifts available now and are always looking for reliable subs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pilates certification from an industry-recognized comprehensive teacher training program of 450+ hours
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities
• Professional and effective communication skills
• Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry, specifically Pilates
• Passion for learning and willingness to attend continued education trainings and seminars

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead safe, creative, and challenging group classes of up to 12 clients on a variety of Pilates equipment (minimum Mat and Reformer; ideal skill set includes EXO Chair, Springboard, TRX, Magic Circle, and more)
• Demonstrate anatomical knowledge, providing modifications and progressions for clients with injuries or limitations
• Design class plans that are safe and effective for all levels, in line with Club Pilates education standards
• Teach intro, group, private, and semi-private sessions as scheduled
• Prepare the studio and check equipment for safety before each class; clean and reset after
• Attend studio trainings and events as scheduledOther duties as assigned
