Responsibilities:
We're seeking a Pilates Group Exercise Specialist to join our team. As a Pilates Group Exercise Specialist, you will:
Be enthusiastic about group exercise classes and enjoy creating and delivering new, innovative routines.
Report on time with a positive attitude and a passion to motivate others, demonstrating professionalism.
Collaborate and be flexible as a leader both in and out of the studio.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
At least one year of experience leading successful Pilates private sessions and group classes on apparatus equipment (preferred).
Current nationally accredited Pilates certification (e.g., BASI, PMA, Balance Body, Peak Pilates).
If trained and licensed to teach specific formats (e.g., Core Align), must hold the appropriate instructor licensing.
Current CPR/AED certification, maintained throughout employment.
Compensation ranges from $20.00/unit to $125.00/unit, depending on factors such as location, certifications, experience, and business needs. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k), and paid time off. Part-time benefits are also available subject to eligibility.
