Are you a passionate Pilates Instructor looking to make a real impact on people’s health and recovery? Join our dynamic Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists team, where movement meets healing!
About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate instructor to provide therapeutic, rehab-focused yoga and/or Pilates sessions tailored to clients recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or improving mobility. Working closely with our physical therapists, you’ll play a key role in helping patients regain strength, flexibility, and confidence in their movement.
What You’ll Do
- Lead one-on-one and small group yoga/Pilates sessions
- Adapt programs for clients with injuries or mobility limitations
- Collaborate with physical therapists to support recovery plans
- Educate clients on proper movement and injury prevention
- Foster a welcoming and healing environment
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat/Reformer)
- Experience working with injury rehabilitation or special populations (preferred)
- Strong understanding of anatomy and movement mechanics
- Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented mindset
