BODYBAR Pilates is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Pilates Instructor to deliver dynamic classes and engage with our vibrant community. As a key member of our team, you will help our clients transform their fitness journeys while contributing to a positive and supportive studio culture. What You’ll Be Doing

1. Class Instruction & Member Engagement
   1. Teach dynamic and effective Pilates classes, following the BODYBAR method.
   2. Ensure each class is tailored to meet the needs of all fitness levels, delivering a safe, fun, and challenging workout.
   3. Create a welcoming and engaging environment for members before, during, and after class.
   4. Provide excellent customer service and respond to client questions regarding exercises, studio policies, and promotions.
2. Community Building
   1. Cultivate a positive and motivating environment by engaging with members and encouraging their fitness progress.
   2. Help foster a strong sense of community within the studio through events and day-to-day interactions.
3. Continuous Growth & Development
   1. Stay up to date with BODYBAR’s method, mission, and goals to deliver consistent, high-quality instruction.
   2. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge.
4. Team Collaboration
   1. Work closely with fellow instructors and the studio leadership team to maintain a positive and motivating studio culture.
   2. Take part in securing class substitutions when necessary and ensure seamless studio operations.

What We’re Looking For

1. Passion for Fitness – A love for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
2. Strong Communication Skills – Ability to connect with members and deliver clear instructions in an energetic and motivating manner.
3. Knowledge of Anatomy – Understanding of basic anatomy and movement principles.
4. Pilates/Fitness Experience – Prior Pilates or group fitness instruction experience is preferred but not required.
5. Certification & Training – Complete the Comprehensive BODYBAR Pilates Instructor Training Program and pass each apparatus test-out to ensure the highest standards of instruction. (Bridge training available for those comprehensively certified min. 450 hour program)
6. Positive Attitude – Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and dedicated to creating a supportive and fun studio environment.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 6 months experience taking Pilates classes.
2. Prior Pilates/fitness instructing experience preferred, but is not required.
3. Complete the Comprehensive BODYBAR Pilates Instructor Training Program, including passing each apparatus test-out.
4. Bridge training available for comprehensively certified Pilates instructors (min. 450 hours).
5. Program cost $1,500 | Bridge training $950 | Scholarships available for top candidates.
