Job summary

Momentic Studios in Coppell, TX seeks an energetic fitness instructor to lead STRONG Pilates sessions, with attention to proper form and client injury modification. You will foster a lively class environment while managing cues, lighting, and music to align with the day’s schedule.

Responsibilities include client interaction, membership sales assistance, and representing the studio with enthusiasm. Certification in Pilates or PT is preferred; CPR/AED required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of group fitness teaching experience.
• Reliable means of mobility for travel to studio location.
• STRONG Academy certification (Provided by STRONG).
• Certified Personal Trainer or Pilates certification preferred.
• CPR and AED certification obtained through in-person training is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver STRONG Pilates classes based on set schedule.
• Provide personal attention and ensure correct form and clear cueing.
• Know client injuries and modify where needed.
• Inspire energetic environment during classes.
• Balance teaching with lighting/music changes while staying on schedule.
• Introduce clients to Rowformer and Bikeformer before class.
