Job summary

Momentic Studios seeks energetic instructors to lead STRONG Pilates-inspired workouts, delivering classes per schedule. You will cue clearly, monitor form, and adapt to clients' injuries while maintaining an enthusiastic studio atmosphere.

Flexibility in schedule, strong customer service, and a passion for improving clients’ fitness are essential. You’ll help grow community and support membership and merchandise sales.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask during back-to-back classes and in-between studio duties.
• Excellent presentation and verbal skills for cueing clients.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate class schedules.
• Ability to motivate clients and foster a positive class atmosphere.
• Customer service oriented with a strong client-first mindset.
• Self-motivated to lead and contribute to studio culture.
• Passion and enthusiasm for improving clients’ lives through movement.
• Attention to detail for form, safety and class flow.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology and standard movement patterns.

Responsibilities

• Deliver STRONG Pilates classes based on the set schedule.
• Provide personal attention during class; ensure cueing is clear and form is correct.
• Know clients' injuries and modify as needed.
• Inspire and promote an energetic environment.
• Balance teaching with adjusting lights/music while maintaining daily timing and programming.
• Introduce clients to Rowformer and Bikeformer before class.
