Mercor is hiring contract-based Reviewers for Project Sisyphus, a PII anonymization program. You will review writer outputs across business documents and structured records to confirm what is personal data and group related entities.

Your job is to catch what was missed and not send back correct work. You'll work asynchronously with a distributed team, applying current guidelines that update several times a week and providing precise feedback so writers can fix issues in one pass.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in QA, editorial review, or compliance review.
• Sharp eye for detail in long, repetitive material.
• Able to provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Comfort with changing guidelines and frequent updates.
• Able to work asynchronously with a distributed team.
• Experience with post-reading roles like copy-editing or de-identification.

Responsabilités

• Review tasks against guidelines and approve or request edits.
• Identify missed PII and incorrect entity groupings.
• Provide specific feedback to enable one-pass corrections.
• Keep up with guideline updates and apply current version.
• Communicate ambiguities through project channels.
