Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a PIF/SDF Manager to lead the coordination, tracking, and execution of industrial base investments through the PIF and SDF processes in support of NAVSEA and Team Submarine.

You will partner with NAVSEA program offices, contracting, shipbuilders, and suppliers to ensure governance, schedules, risk management, and funding plans align with submarine production priorities. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years on large DoD programs, and the ability to obtain a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• The ability to obtain a U.S. Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience on large, complex DoW or Federal programs or industrial base initiatives.
• Experience coordinating with NAVSEA, Team Submarine, major defense programs, or DoW initiatives.
• Experience developing project portfolios, governance, schedules, risk management, and execution oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support PIF/SDF investment portfolio from intake through evaluation, approval, and execution.
• Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on investment planning and execution.
• Draft governance processes, investment schedules, milestones, and risk plans.
• Analyze program requirements, performance, and funding considerations for investments.
• Coordinate with NAVSEA, contracting, shipbuilders, suppliers, and government stakeholders.
