Job summary

Astrid & Miyu Ltd. in Los Angeles is seeking a Piercer for a part-time position to join a values-led team. You’ll work in a studio environment, delivering precise piercings with care, artistry and empathy, while contributing to a brand that values growth and community.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of studio piercing experience, maintain high hygiene standards, and bring a positive, customer‑facing energy to the shop floor, where commission and tips enhance earnings.

The Interview Process and Candidate Experience

1. Values Interview: a 30 min video call with our Talent Team to get to know you better, learning more about your journey, what motivates you and how you like to work.
2. In-Store Technical Interview - you'll meet one of our Piercer Mentors for a Studio Set-Up & Piercing Demo, alongside your Store Manager who will chat through your experience, skill‑set and what you're looking for in your next role.
