Job summary

American Traveler, LLC is hiring a RN for a Pediatric ICU assignment in Missouri. Requires 2 years PICU experience and an active MO or Compact RN license, plus BLS and PALS. Night shifts 19:00–07:30, 4x12 hours, with Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon options.

Cerner charting preferred; 36- or 48-hour contracts available. This travel role involves floating across the organization and direct nursing care for PICU patients, with 1:2-3 patient ratios.

Qualifications

• Active RN license MO or Compact in hand
• BLS and PALS certifications required
• 2 years PICU experience required
• Experience with arterial and central line care, ABG interpretation, and pediatric dosage calculations

Responsibilities

• Care for pediatric ICU patients in a teaching hospital
• Maintain 1:2-3 patient ratio
• Night shift 19:00–07:30 (4x12 hours)
• Mandatory floating across the organization (including sitter duties)
• Provide direct nursing care with respiratory and cardiovascular monitoring
• Cerner charting preferred; 36 or 48 hour contracts available
• Work 50% of holidays and weekends as needed
• Travel assignments with housing and licensure reimbursements
