Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking a PRN PICU Registered Nurse in Boston, MA to deliver high-acuity pediatric care in a fast-paced setting. This role offers 12-hour shifts with day or night options based on facility needs and operates as a W2 employee.

Ideal candidates will have an active Massachusetts RN license, current BLS/ACLS, and a minimum of two years in PICU. AHA certification and ability to pass background screening are required to join our team.

Qualifications

• Must have active Massachusetts RN license.
• American Heart Association/BLS required.
• Minimum 2 years of PICU experience.
• ACLS (PALS strongly preferred) and BLS current.
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
