Ideal candidates hold a Massachusetts RN license, have at least 2 years PICU experience, and are current in BLS/ACLS (PALS preferred). W2 employment, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of recent PICU experience.
• Current BLS & ACLS (PALS strongly preferred).
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support
• Monitor and document patient conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards
