Wise Medical Staffing is seeking a PRN PICU Registered Nurse (RN) for opportunities in Boston, Massachusetts. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill children in a pediatric intensive care setting.

Ideal candidates are clinically confident, adaptable, and experienced in fast-paced, high-acuity environments. Licensure in Massachusetts and BLS/ACLS are required; PALS is preferred. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• American Heart Association certification required.
• Minimum 2 years PICU experience.
• Current BLS & ACLS (PALS strongly preferred).
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
