Ideal candidates are clinically confident, adaptable, and experienced in fast-paced, high-acuity environments. Active Massachusetts RN license and current BLS/ACLS are required, with PALS strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of PICU experience.
• Current BLS & ACLS; PALS strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support
• Monitor and document patient conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards
