Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse to join an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, safe patient care. You will practice under Nurse Managers within Wellstar's governance model and evidence-based practice framework.

This role requires current RN license, BLS, and minimum 5 years direct patient care. You will manage complex cases, monitor vitals, and participate in performance improvement and shared governance while upholding Wellstar values.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Georgia or eligible for licensure.
• BLS certification required; PALS preferred or as applicable.
• Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care reflecting cultural diversity.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure safety.
• Monitor patient vitals and manage complex/high-acuity cases as directed.
