StaffDNA seeks a Respiratory Therapist for a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) to deliver life-saving respiratory care to critically ill children. You will work as part of a hospital PICU team to tailor therapies to each young patient’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess pediatric patients' respiratory conditions and develop individualized treatment plans with the PICU team.
• Administer respiratory therapies including ventilation, oxygen therapy, or aerosol medications as prescribed.
• Monitor ventilator settings and adjust based on patients' responses and clinical conditions.
• Educate families on respiratory care techniques and discharge care.
• Maintain detailed records of treatments and patient progress.
