Qualifications

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS through AHA and PALS certification
• Minimum of 18 months of recent or current inpatient experience in PICU

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assesses patient condition, plans and evaluates care, and documents progress.
• Delegates appropriate tasks to other staff and works as part of a care team.
• Performs duties with critical thinking and continuity of care across shifts.
