Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses with PICU inpatient experience in Illinois. The role is an evergreen opportunity across our system, with full-time night shifts at various locations like Edward Hospital (Naperville).

A current IL nursing license, BSN preferred, BLS and PALS certification are required, with at least 18 months in PICU. Compensation includes competitive hourly pay and location-based shift incentives.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in IL required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS through AHA and PALS certification required.
• Minimum of 18 months of inpatient PICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care according to the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patient condition, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations.
• Delegate care tasks, function as a team member to meet unit goals.
