Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-acuity pediatric care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). The role involves administering medications, treatments, and ventilator support, plus monitoring and documenting patient conditions.

Flexible, self-scheduled 12-hour shifts with competitive pay of $60-$62 per hour. Requires active Massachusetts RN license, 2 years PICU experience, BLS & ACLS, and AHA approval; PALS preferred.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-acuity pediatric care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). The role involves

administering medications, treatments, and ventilator support, monitoring and documenting patient conditions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams

to ensure patient safety and compliance with facility policies. The position offers

flexible, self-scheduled shifts of 12 hours, with competitive pay rates of $60-$62 per hour.

Qualified candidates must hold an active Massachusetts RN license, with a minimum of

2 years PICU experience, current BLS & ACLS certifications, and American Heart Association approval.

Additional PALS certification is preferred. Candidates should pass background screening and be

clinically confident, adaptable, and experienced in fast-paced environments.
