Responsibilities:

• Manage Chest Tubes, Feeding Tubes, High Flow Oxygen, Nasal Cannulas, Tracheostomies, Ventilators, Central Lines, IV Medications
• Assess and maintain appropriate pain control in post-operative patients
• Evaluate and revise the plan of care based on evolving needs
• Provide comprehensive, individualized teaching based on families' learning needs
• Communicate accurately and objectively

Work Experience:

1 Year inpatient ICU - REQUIRED

Education:

BSN required

Licenses and Certifications:

• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas - Upon Hire Required
• BLS certification approved by the American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required
