You will cut, shape, and assemble wooden frames, operate woodworking machinery, and ensure precise measurements. A strong team player with attention to detail will thrive in our hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in woodworking or carpentry preferred.
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Basic math for measuring and cutting materials.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cut, shape, and assemble wooden frames per specifications.
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Measure and miter frame components with precision and accuracy.
• Sand, finish, and prepare frames for final assembly or painting.
• Assist with general warehouse and production floor duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Inspect finished products for quality control and craftsmanship standards.
