Vista Auction is hiring a Pickups Associate in Monroe, NC.

Our Pickups Team helps make sure customers have a smooth and efficient pickup experience. Associates use a Zebra scanning device to locate, scan, and gather purchased items throughout the warehouse, organize orders onto carts, and bring completed orders out to customers.

This is a highly active, productivity-based role. Associates typically walk 15,000–25,000 steps per day and are expected to maintain an established pickup efficiency. You’ll receive hands‑on training, feedback, and support to help you meet expectations.
