• Strong human relations and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute courier route assignments based on workforce availability, scheduling parameters and service area changes.
• Coordinate pick-up and delivery coverage to preserve FedEx service standards.
