Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Removal Team member for on-site warehouse operations in Cowpens, SC. You will scan customers as they arrive to pick up merchandise and scan items when they leave with purchases, contributing to efficient queue management and accurate pickup processing.

You will work within the Removal Team under supervision, interacting with customers to enhance satisfaction while following written directions and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be on-site and able to work varied schedules.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 lb alone, 50 lb with team.
• Follow written directions and company policies.
• Must be customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Scan each customer’s email or phone code using the scan device as they arrive at the warehouse.
• Explain to each customer that this puts them in the queue, so they can check out after they have picked up their items
• Scan each customer’s auction items when picked up
• Make customers glad they have won an item, to encourage continued bidding
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
