Bobby Jones Links is seeking a dedicated pickleball programming leader for The Club at Forest Ridge in Broken Arrow, OK. You will design and grow pickleball programs, oversee clinics, leagues, and events, and strengthen member engagement through structured programming.

Qualifications

• Proven success in developing and scaling programs that boost member engagement and revenue.
• Strong understanding of tournament and league operations.
• Enthusiastic, professional, and self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
• 4.0+ DUPR rating preferred.
• Experience with PickleballTournaments.com, Swish Tournaments & Swish App, and DUPR.
• Padel knowledge or experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow all pickleball programming: clinics, private lessons, leagues, open plays, and tournaments.
• Run monthly Pickleball 101 onboarding for new players.
• Foster member connections through game arranging and DUPR building.
• Design programs and drills for beginner to 4.0+ players.
• Work with Racquet Sports Director to plan multi-sport tournaments and pickle/padel events.
• Serve as the face of pickleball at the club and in the community.

Job Details

The Club at Forest Ridge is located in Broken Arrow, OK 74014. It is a semi‑private country club managed by Bobby Jones Links, a club management and development company based in Atlanta, Georgia. The club opened in 1989, was designed by Oklahoma native Randy Heckenkemper, and offers amenities such as two clubhouses, a meticulously maintained golf course, an exclusive social club, premier services, and an upscale restaurant and bar.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and grow all pickleball programming: clinics, private lessons, beginner 101s, leagues, open plays, socials, and tournaments.
• Run monthly Pickleball 101 onboarding for new players.
• Foster member connections through game arranging and DUPR building.
• Design programs and drills for beginner to 4.0+ advanced players.
• Work closely with the Director of Racquet Sports and the Racquets Team to plan multi‑sport tournaments and pickle and padel events.
• Serve as the face of pickleball at the club and in the community.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven success in developing and scaling programs that boost member engagement and revenue.
• Strong understanding of tournament and league operations.
• Enthusiastic, professional, and self‑motivated with excellent organizational skills.
• 4.0+ DUPR rating preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with platforms such as PickleballTournaments.com, Swish Tournaments & Swish App, DUPR, Fluid, and messaging platforms (Email, Text, Group Me, Teamreach).
• Microsoft Family Suite: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel.
• Padel knowledge or experience is a strong plus.

Physical Demands
