Midtown Athletic Club is seeking a Pickleball Professional in Illinois to coach tennis/pickleball programs, develop members’ skills, and foster a love of racquet sports. The role focuses on delivering group and private lessons to members across ages, with emphasis on safety and performance improvement.

Coaches with a growth mindset, NTRP 4.0 equivalent, and professional racquet certifications are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Safe Play certified or willing to become Safe Play certified
• NTRP rating of 4.0 or equivalent
• One nationally recognized racquet sports certification or willingness to certify within 3 months of hire

Competitive Compensation:

Depending on credentials and experience, part‑time Midtown coaches earn, including the value of the part‑time benefits package, and considering 10‑15 hours of instruction per week, between $20K and $30K, annually.

• Have relevant coaching experience, including group and private lessons for adults and youth.
• Are Safe Play certified or willing to become Safe Play certified prior to hiring.
• Possess one nationally recognized racquet sports certification or be willing to become certified within 3 months of hire.
• Have an NTRP rating of 4.0 or equivalent and be able to demonstrate skills effectively.
• Have a growth mindset and are curious
• Are passionate about helping others, see the glass as half‑full, and enthusiastic about coming to work every day.
