Job summary

Johnny Allen Tennis seeks a dedicated pickleball coach to lead group classes and support junior and adult players in Duarte, California.

The right candidate will have coaching experience, a passion for player development, and an energetic, enthusiastic outlook. Certifications are preferred but not required; live scan/background checks are mandatory. Local applicants only.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of coaching experience.
• Passion for pickleball and a strong commitment to player development.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Must pass Live Scan fingerprinting and/or background check clearance.
• Only candidates located within driving distance of the class location (no out-of-state or international applicants).

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced pickleball coach to lead group classes and support the development of junior and adult players. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching and competitive play. While RSPA, PPR, USAP, IPTPA, or PCI pickleball certifications are preferred, they are not required.
