Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Scottsdale is seeking a friendly Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in daily operations.

You will schedule court time, educate members on programs, lessons, and equipment, and provide outstanding customer service to encourage repeat visits. Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Computer experience.
• CPR and AED Certified.

• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members.
• Ensures all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition.
• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and efficiently and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift.

Position Summary

The Pickleball Team Member assists the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Pickleball Department. They schedule court time and educate members on Pickleball programs, lessons, and equipment. They provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education:
