Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, schedule court time and assist members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explain Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assist them with determining their individual needs.
• Initiate, develop and maintain personalized relationships with members.
• Ensure pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition.
• Promote Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Ensure daily billing is completed accurately and reconcile the cash register at the end of a shift.

Position Summary

The Pickleball Team Member assists the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Pickleball Department. They schedule court time and educate members on Pickleball programs, lessons, and equipment. They provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.
