Position Summary

The Pickleball Attendant assists the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Pickleball Department. They schedule court time, educate members on Pickleball programs, lessons, and equipment, and provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Greet members, schedule court time, and assist members in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Explain all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assist them with determining their individual needs.
  3. Initiate, develop, and maintain personalized relationships with members.
  4. Ensure all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized, and in good working condition.
  5. Promote all Life Time programs, products, and services.
  6. Complete all daily billing accurately and efficiently, and reconcile the cash register at the end of each shift.
Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
  • CPR and AED Certification within the first 30 days of hire.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer experience.
