Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Picking Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate picking and packing, and supervise a team of staff.

You will plan schedules, train workers, enforce safety guidelines, and resolve staffing issues quickly while maintaining compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 4 years coaching, mentoring, and training staff (warehouse supervisory background preferred).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (an associate degree is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods and regularly push, pull, or lift 40 lbs.
