Job description

Job Details:

1. Monitor equipment of pickers and scalders throughout the shift.
2. Wash down picking room during breaks.
3. Assist and monitor product flow in rehang room.
4. Monitor hock cutters.
5. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
6. Must be able to work in hot temperatures.
7. Must be able to work without direct supervision.
8. Abide by all department safety rules.
9. May be subject to rotation.
